About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technology team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and deployment processes. The candidate should have strong expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure automation, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across environments.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery and release management.
- Optimize cloud resources, performance, and operational costs.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Conduct security assessments and implement DevSecOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
- Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of database administration and cloud-native services.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps-related certifications.
- Experience managing high-traffic production environments.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or GDPR.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps environments.
