Job Summary
Star Assets Holding is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for our real estate, financial, and corporate marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, camera operation, video editing, and content creation for digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production
- Plan, shoot, and produce professional-quality videos for company projects.
- Capture property showcases, customer testimonials, promotional campaigns, corporate events, and branding videos.
- Operate cameras, drones (if licensed), gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.
Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional video content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Create content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency with the company's branding guidelines.
Content Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and video ideas.
- Assist in creating reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and video marketing strategies.
- Suggest innovative content ideas to improve audience engagement.
Equipment Management
- Maintain and handle cameras, lenses, drones, lighting, and other production equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and functioning efficiently.
- Organize and archive video files and project assets systematically.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate shooting schedules and production timelines.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to understand project requirements.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and video formats.
- Creative storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualities
- Passion for photography, videography, and content creation.
- Attention to detail and creative mindset.
- Ability to handle outdoor shoots and travel when required.
- Knowledge of drone operation and aerial videography is an added advantage.
