Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, particularly in managing liability products such as Recurring Deposits (RD), Fixed Deposits (FD), Current Accounts, Savings Accounts (CASA), and Daily Deposit Schemes (DDS). The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving branch performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. This role reports directly to the District Head.
Key Responsibilities:-
Branch Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient branch functioning.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for liability products (RD, FD, CASA, DDS).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the branch’s deposit base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer service and address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and branch performance goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and customer service skills.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure the branch operates in adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Implement and monitor risk management processes to safeguard the branch’s assets and reputation.
Financial Management:
Monitor branch financial performance, including P&L, and take corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the District Head on branch performance and business activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in managing liability products (RD, FD, CASA, DDS) and achieving business targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
