Job Description – Caretaker (Old Age Home)
Position: Caretaker (Male/Female)
Location: Old Age Home
Accommodation: Free Stay provided
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)
Responsibilities:
- Assist elderly residents with daily activities.
- Help with personal care, hygiene, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor residents' health and report concerns to management.
- Assist with meals, medication reminders, and mobility support.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe environment for residents.
Eligibility:
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.
- Experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or elderly care is an advantage.
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible nature.
- Freshers with a caring attitude may also apply.
