Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant courses
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on potential leads and close sales.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate / Graduate
- Proven experience as sales/customer service role is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
