Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our leading textile showroom. You will be responsible for managing our large-scale workforce across all departments and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between management, staff, and customers.Key Responsibilities
- Manpower Management: Oversee staffing across all verticals including Sales, Billing, Godown, Tailoring, and Support staff.
- Employee Relations: Handle daily attendance, shift scheduling, and grievance redressal for a diverse workforce.
- Customer Service: Act as the point of contact for resolving high-level Customer Queries and Issues to maintain the shop's reputation.
- Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard floor staff to ensure the showroom is always fully staffed, especially during festival seasons.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure all staff adhere to grooming standards, punctuality, and shop protocols.
- Communication: Ability to handle customer escalations with patience and professionalism.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable with retail timings, including weekends and peak festival hours.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate a large team of floor staff.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
