Xpanse Coffee is one of India’s fastest-growing café brands, focused on building a scalable and technology-driven coffee business through company-owned and franchise-operated formats. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our Franchise Development team and help us identify, engage, and convert prospective franchise partners across India.
Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating and qualifying franchise opportunities through outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and investor engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to build relationships with prospective franchise investors and business owners.
This role is target-driven and requires a proactive individual who is comfortable speaking with potential investors, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the franchise sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify franchise leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, franchise portals, referrals, and other sources.
- Conduct outbound calling and cold calling to identify potential franchise partners.
- Explain the Xpanse Coffee franchise opportunity and business model to prospective investors.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and discovery calls for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up regularly with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise presentations, site evaluations, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and franchise industry developments.
Desired Candidate ProfileMandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, tele-sales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling investor conversations and sales objections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Franchise Sales, Franchise Development, Real Estate Sales, Financial Product Sales, Business Consulting, or High-Value Sales.
- Experience in cold calling and lead qualification.
- Ability to conduct online presentations and investor discussions.
- Multilingual proficiency (Added Advantage)
- Candidates proficient in local languages prefered.
