- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production is carried out as per planning and schedule.
- Allocate work to operators and workers effectively.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure proper utilization.
- Maintain production quality standards during process.
- Ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
- Coordinate with PPC and production manager for order priorities.
- Reduce machine downtime and production delays.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping in production area.
- Report daily production status to management.
- Identify production issues and report immediately for correction.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
- In House Machine Repairing if Possible
- Weekly preventive Work
- Sometimes required to handle site work
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
