Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Channel Partner Manager to strengthen our real estate business by identifying and onboarding channel partners, builders, and developers. The role involves building long-term business relationships, generating new business opportunities, understanding market trends, and working closely with the sales team to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to generate business.
- Build strong relationships with builders, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Source new real estate projects and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the Sales Head to meet project sourcing requirements.
- Negotiate and maintain long-term partnerships with developers and channel partners.
- Track market developments and recommend business growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between partners and the internal sales team.
Requirements
- Industry: Real Estate / Property Development / Construction
- Experience: 3–5 years in Business Development, Channel Partner Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong network with builders, developers, and channel partners.
- Good negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
