About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of post-qualification experience and strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle direct and indirect tax filings and assessments.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts for management.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Support management in financial decision-making and process improvements.
- Liaise with banks, consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institute.
- 6–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/industrial sector will be preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
