Head of Sales – Education Sector

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive business growth within the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in admissions and educational sales, along with proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete sales operations of the branch.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
- Monitor team productivity, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, institutional partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Academic teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in the Education Sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing and leading an entire sales team.
- Strong expertise in admissions management, student enrollment, and educational sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and enrollment targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
