P&O International Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and professionally driven Product Development Manager to lead product development initiatives, strengthen vendor relationships, manage international events, and support business growth through effective product positioning and client engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, international business exposure, and the ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders while representing the company at domestic and international platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
Identify, develop, and manage new product opportunities aligned with market requirements.
Conduct product research and market analysis to support business growth.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
Vendor Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors.
Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
International Events Management
Independently plan, organize, coordinate, and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event reporting.
Represent the company professionally at national and international events.
Client Relationship & Hospitality
Welcome and host new and existing clients with a high standard of professionalism and hospitality.
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key customers and partners.
Ensure a positive client experience during meetings, events, and business interactions.
Product Knowledge, Sales & Marketing Support
Develop comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits to clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting product awareness and generating business opportunities.
Assist in developing marketing materials and promotional strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Degree in International Business or
Graduate from an internationally recognized university/institution.
Experience & Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and events.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Passport.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Strong understanding of business etiquette, client servicing, and hospitality standards.
Ability to explain products effectively and contribute to sales and marketing growth.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
