We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our field sales team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads through field visits and other sales activities.
* Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
* Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
* Handle negotiations and close sales.
* Maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve assigned sales targets.
* Prepare daily sales/field visit reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/project execution.
* Identify new business opportunities and maintain market knowledge.
Requirements:
* Freshers can apply; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Willingness to travel for field visits.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
* Candidates with experience in field sales, electrical, construction, solar, or related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
