EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 to 5 Years (Mandatory experience in residential construction projects)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a disciplined, execution-focused Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations, ensure quality delivery, and maintain strict control over vendors, materials, and timelines in residential projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Site Execution & Management
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and schedules
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades and teams
2. Vendor & Labour Management
- Manage and monitor vendors and labour teams on site
- Ensure workforce consistency and productivity
- Enforce discipline, attendance, and work quality standards
3. Estimation & Quantity Tracking
- Assist in basic estimation and quantity take-offs
- Track material consumption vs planned quantities
- Report excess usage, wastage, or deviations
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily progress reports
- Track planned vs actual work status
- Update material stock registers and site records
- Submit regular updates to management
5. Quality Control
- Ensure all work meets required quality standards
- Identify defects and ensure timely rectification
- Coordinate with QC team for inspections
6. Material & Inventory Control
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
- Maintain stock records (IN / OUT / balance)
- Coordinate material requirements as per schedule
7. Drawing & Technical Understanding
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Work as per approved designs without deviation
8. Software & Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (CAD drawings) required
- Ability to understand and work with technical drawings

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore
- Experience in independent house / villa / residential projects
- Strong work ethic with ability to work under strict systems
COMPENSATION
- As per industry standards (based on experience and performance)
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
