Manage inbound leads from all sources (website, campaigns, exhibitions, WhatsApp, calls, etc.)
Qualify leads based on:

Timeline
Decision-maker status
Ensure zero lead leakage with proper tracking and follow-ups
1. Inside Sales Conversion
Connect with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions/products
Pitch products/services confidently and handle objections
Drive lead-to-closure conversion
1. CRM & Data Hygiene
Maintain and update CRM regularly (lead status, remarks, next action)

1. Follow-up & Nurturing
Build structured follow-up plans
Nurture warm leads until conversion
Re-engage cold/lost leads periodically
