HR Executive / HR Manager
Cremberie Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and HR documentation.
- Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- FMCG or Dairy industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,248.92 per month
