Job Responsibilities: You will work alongside our Care Manager to deliver quality care and support to our clients . Key duties include assisting our Care Manager by overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance with care standards to ensure resident dignity and well-being. Manage care staffs, maintain patient records, assisting with operational budgets, and coordinating care plans with Care coordinators.

Key Skills: Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills required

Experience : Atleast 2 Years experience as an incharge in a healthcare facility preferred.
