Job Summary
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the organization's marketing, branding, and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The role requires developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms while ensuring a consistent brand image. The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing team, manage external agencies and vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create and execute brand positioning and growth strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer insights.
- Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports.
Brand Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen the company's brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing and communication channels.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage corporate branding initiatives and campaigns.
Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, and other media platforms.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.
Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Support the Sales team with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Monitor lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Negotiate with vendors, agencies, printers, and media houses.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and customer behavior.
- Present monthly marketing reports and insights to management.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Business Development.
- Experience in Events, Hospitality, Weddings, Luxury Brands, Retail, or Corporate Services will be an added advantage.
