Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
