About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to build and lead the HR function for a growing real-estate startup. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, business-oriented, and experienced in building teams from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement HR processes, policies, and systems from the ground up.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and build high-performing teams across departments.
- Develop manpower plans aligned with business growth and expansion.
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Create a strong performance-driven and professional work culture.
- Partner with management on organizational structure, hiring strategy, and people development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR practices.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in Real Estate / Property Development / Construction.
- Strong experience in recruitment and team building.
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and build HR systems from scratch.
Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
