Cypheron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to customers, assisting with software-related issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience for ERP and inventory solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support through calls, remote sessions, or direct interaction
- Troubleshoot software and system-related issues efficiently
- Assist clients in using ERP and inventory management software
- Diagnose basic system and networking problems
- Maintain proper documentation of support activities and resolutions
- Ensure timely response and resolution to customer queries
- Coordinate with internal technical teams when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System and common software applications
- Basic networking knowledge
