Key Responsibilities: Source new customers for tractor loans, car loans, and commercial vehicle loans through field visits, referrals, and dealer networks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers, brokers, and channel partners.
Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, and local area activities. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers. Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, etc.).
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing and disbursement. Ensure timely login of loan files and follow-up for approvals. Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competition and provide market feedback to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
