- 1. Inventory Inward (Inbound)
- GRN Execution: Create and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the ERP/WMS based on supplier invoices and Purchase Orders (PO).
2. Order Processing (Outbound)
- Order Allocation: Batch and process customer orders as they drop from online portals (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).
- Dispatch Documentation: Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and delivery manifests for courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart).
- System Updates: Instantly update the inventory database upon order dispatch to prevent overselling.
3. Returns Management (Reverse Logistics)
- Return Receipts: Gate-in and process incoming customer returns in the system.
- QC Logging: Record reasons for return (e.g., defective, wrong size) and separate unfulfillable/damaged goods from resellable inventory.
- Refund/Replacement Authorization: Update statuses in real-time so customer support can issue refunds quickly.
4. General Data Management & Audits
- Cycle Counts: Assist in daily or weekly physical stock counts and reconcile system records against actual bin stock.
- Report Generation: Create daily MIS reports for dispatch success, pending orders, and inventory shrinkag
- Discrepancy Reporting: Log damages, shortages, or overages and report them to the procurement team.
- Stock Tagging: Generate and print barcodes/SKU labels for proper aisle and bin put-away.
