Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling our suite of B2B software products and digital marketing services. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of the B2B landscape in Rajasthan and a knack for consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential B2B clients in Rajasthan through market research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
Client Consultation: Understand the unique business challenges of prospective clients and present tailored solutions combining our software and marketing expertise.
Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and demos of our B2B software products to decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Marketing Heads).
Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as a bridge between the client and our development/marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the B2B space to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 0-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably Marketing in field, software, SaaS, or Digital Marketing agencies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Rajasthani is a plus for local rapport).
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM software, conducting virtual demos, and understanding basic software functionalities.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the business landscape and market dynamics within Rajasthan.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
