Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our B2C brand. The role involves customer calling, lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns to generate sales and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Support online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
- Assist in promotional activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (Marketing, Business, Commerce, or any discipline).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident in customer calling and interacting with people.
- Basic understanding of marketing and customer service.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet applications.
- Knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Good listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
