We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to join our team at Balaji Educational Services. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling calls: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential or existing clients.
Understanding needs: Listen carefully and patiently to the client's concerns, questions, requirements to understand it better.
Providing guidance: Offer appropriate information, advice, solutions based on the service (course details, counseling support, admission info).
Counseling & persuasion: Help people make decisions—like enrolling in a course, booking a counseling service, following a admission plan.
Follow-ups: Call back interested clients to check progress and close leads into admission.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
