Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to drive lead generation and student acquisition.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rates to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies for enhanced campaign outcomes.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals and ensure seamless lead management processes.

Manage and optimize the entire lead generation funnel, from initial ad creative and targeting to landing page optimization and lead nurturing.

Utilize data analytics tools to generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and the education technology landscape.

Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve performance targets.

A/B test various campaign elements, including ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting parameters, to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid digital advertising.

Demonstrable expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

Hands-on experience with lead generation strategies and campaign management, including funnel optimization and nurturing techniques.

Proficiency in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, and other relevant reporting tools to measure campaign success and derive insights.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.

Excellent understanding of marketing principles, customer acquisition strategies, and digital marketing technologies.

Experience in the Education Management sector is highly preferred.
