Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and contract negotiations.
- Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new hire orientation and organize professional development and training programs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and staff, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, health insurance, pensions, and performance-based bonuses.
- Performance & Policy: Oversee performance reviews, update workplace policies, and ensure strict compliance with labor laws.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
