Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing design team. This is an opportunity to work on luxury residential developments from concept to completion, collaborating with experienced professionals while contributing innovative design solutions and maintaining the highest standards of architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through execution and project completion.
- Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, presentation material, mood boards, and high-quality architectural documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with clients during design development and construction to ensure project expectations are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for seamless project integration.
- Ensure projects are delivered within established budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3 to 6 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Products and Microsoft Office
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and design development skills.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, materials, building systems, and coordination with MEP and structural consultants.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
