staff Supervision
- Manage and guide waiters, stewards, and bussers
- Assign tables and service sections
- Train new staff on service standards and procedures
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance
Customer Service
- Welcome and seat guests
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Ensure guests receive prompt and quality service
- Recommend menu items and specials
Service Coordination
- Coordinate between kitchen and service staff
- Ensure orders are served correctly and on time
- Check table setup and cleanliness before service
- Monitor food presentation and service quality
Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain daily reservation and table management
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules
- Ensure restaurant hygiene and safety standards
- Check stock of service items (cutlery, napkins, glasses, etc.)
Billing and Sales
- Assist with billing and payment handling
- Upsell food and beverages to increase sales
- Monitor daily sales and report to management
Opening and Closing Duties
- Inspect dining area before opening
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Supervise closing procedures and final cleaning

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
