Job Description As Follows
1) Developing strategy to improve the event sales.
2) Responsible for the entire sales of the clients that belongs to all the industry verticals.
3) ensuring that the attending to the client’s requirements in the appropriate manner.
4) Ensuring sales are getting converted. If not, do a root cause analysis of the reason for non conversion and communicate the same to the reporting head.
5) Setting targets for the team total sales and own property expected sales and ensuring the targets are met within the specified deadlines.
6) Conduct weekly review meetings with the sales team and keep the reports ready.
7) Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the management during monthly review meetings.
8) Research role in the event sales department for new client approaches.
9) Maintain healthy relationship consumers, external partners, and collaborating teams.
10) Closely works with the key department in building and maintaining high-value consumers to the business in order to achieve sales targets continuously.
11) Maximizing our sales team potential, crafting event sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
12) Achieving growth and hitting event sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
13) Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
14) Effective handling of clients queries.
Required Skill:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Market knowledge/ Proficiency in English
Ability to build rapport and Good Communication skills
Time management and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
