- Repair Orders: Creating, tracking, and updating repair orders (RO) in the shop management system.
- Estimating & Selling: Developing cost estimates for parts and labor, verifying warranty coverage, and obtaining customer approval for repairs.
- Workflow Management: Scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the vehicle is clean and repaired properly, then explaining the invoice to the customer upon pickup.
