Anjion Learning is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive – Academic Operations to support daily academic and administrative activities. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations Coordinate day-to-day academic and operational activities. Ensure effective communication between departments. Monitor task completion and operational workflow progress. Maintain documentation, records, and administrative reports.
Academic Coordination Act as a liaison between students, faculty members, and counselors.
Coordinate class schedules, attendance tracking, and academic activities.
Ensure timely resolution of academic and operational issues. Support students throughout their learning journey.
Student Support & Experience Assist with student onboarding and orientation processes.
Provide support for app access, course guidance, and general queries.
Follow up on student concerns and ensure satisfactory resolutions. Maintain a positive and professional student experience.
Data & Reporting Manage lead tracking and follow-up coordination. Maintain accurate student records, admission data, and operational databases.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Ensure data accuracy across operational systems and tracking sheets.
Webinar & Event Coordination Coordinate webinars, online sessions, and academic events. Manage attendance tracking and participant communication. Maintain event-related records and reports. Support smooth execution of virtual and offline programs.
Process Compliance Ensure adherence to organizational policies and operational procedures. Monitor timelines, pending tasks, and workflow efficiency. Escalate operational issues when required. Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Academic Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Organizations. Knowledge of student management systems and CRM tools. Experience coordinating webinars, online classes, or academic events.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
