Job Summary
The Faculty – Communicative English is responsible for developing students' English language proficiency, communication skills, personality development, and professional etiquette required for successful careers in the hospitality industry. The faculty member will deliver engaging classroom sessions, conduct practical communication activities, and prepare students for interviews, internships, and global hospitality careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Communicative English, Business English, and Professional Communication to Hotel Management students.
- Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Conduct interactive sessions including presentations, group discussions, debates, role plays, and mock interviews.
- Train students in hospitality-specific communication, guest interaction, and service etiquette.
- Improve students' confidence in public speaking and interpersonal communication.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Support placement activities by conducting interview preparation and personality development sessions.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and college events.
- Mentor students and guide them in achieving academic and career goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in English / English Literature or similar.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Hospitality or Professional Education preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry communication standards will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
