Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations within the HRO environment.
- Coordinate training schedules, learning events, and stakeholder communication in English.
- Manage training nominations, learning records, completion tracking, and related documentation.
- Work with internal teams, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure seamless learning delivery.
- Maintain accuracy in reports, dashboards, and training administration activities.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.
- Handle learner queries and provide timely resolution for training-related requests.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in learning administration processes.
