Bawa Polymers is a manufacturer and supplier of polymer and plastic products based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. We are a growing organization looking for a reliable and hands-on team member who can independently manage accounts, billing, logistics coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, dependable, and experienced Accounts & Operations Executive who can handle end-to-end financial bookkeeping along with logistics coordination and general office administration. This is a management-level role suited for someone who is self-driven, organized, and capable of running daily operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries — purchases, sales, receipts, and payments in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Handle GST input/output reconciliation and timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- Manage TDS deductions, computation, and quarterly filings
- Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and manage billing cycles for customers and vendors
- Reconcile bank statements, party ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts regularly
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and assist in monthly/annual closing
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits and tax assessments
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors for timely dispatch and delivery of goods
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents — invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LR copies
- Track inward and outward material movement and maintain records
- Liaise with the warehouse/store team to ensure accurate stock entries and inventory reconciliation
- Follow up on pending deliveries, vendor supplies, and resolve logistics issues proactively
Administration & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office administration including vendor management, utility payments, and office supplies
- Maintain employee attendance records and coordinate with management for payroll inputs
- Handle correspondence — emails, calls, and coordination with clients, vendors, and government departments
- Ensure all documentation, licenses, and compliance records are up to date
- Act as the point of contact for operational matters in the absence of senior management
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent; MBA (Finance/Operations) preferred
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory
- Working knowledge of GST portal, e-way bill generation, and TDS compliance
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/trading company is strongly preferred
Who We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in a combined accounts + operations or admin role
- Someone who takes ownership and can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Honest, punctual, and capable of working independently
- Candidate from Bahadurgarh or nearby areas preferred for daily commute convenience
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
