Position: Freight Broker
Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Night/ US)
Cab: One way- 3:30 AM Drop off towards: East, South, West Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities
1. Carrier Sourcing & Negotiation
- Utilize premium load boards (DAT, Truckstop) to source, negotiate with, and lock in reliable carriers for open customer freight.
- Maximize gross margin per load by aggressively negotiating carrier rates using lane history data and current market trends.
- Cold-call prospective carriers to build a dedicated network for consistent, recurring shipping lanes.
2. Operations & Dispatch Tracking
- Manage end-to-end load execution, from initial booking and dispatching to final delivery confirmation.
- Conduct mandatory check-calls with drivers to proactively track transit status and eliminate tracking gaps.
- Resolve high-friction transit issues immediately, including equipment breakdowns, driver delays, detention requests, and weather disruptions.
3. Risk Management & Compliance
- Verify carrier safety ratings, active MC/DOT authorities, and insurance validity prior to dispatching freight.
- Issue accurate, detailed Rate Confirmations and ensure all internal tracking systems are updated in real-time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Any graduate degree plus a completed, verified Freight Broker Certification (e.g., TIA, corporate training programs, or recognized institutional certifications).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to confidently handle fast-paced negotiations with native international truck drivers and dispatchers.
- Shift Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work permanent night shifts to align with US supply chain operating hours.
- Psychological Grit: Strong emotional resilience; ability to handle aggressive counter-offers, rejection, and operational emergencies without losing momentum.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic CRM navigation, MS Excel, and an aptitude for learning specialized TMS (Transportation Management Systems) platforms quickly.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
