Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end SRA tenant management and rehabilitation activities.
- Coordinate with Slum Societies, tenants, community leaders, and local authorities.
- Manage Annexure II (Patrata) process, eligibility verification, and documentation.
- Liaise with SRA, Collector Office, Revenue Authorities, and other government departments.
- Coordinate biometric surveys, plain table surveys, and family tree verification.
- Execute tenant evacuation, transit accommodation, and rent disbursement monitoring.
- Resolve tenant grievances and maintain smooth stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and government officials.
- Handle rehabilitation flat allotment, possession letters, and final handover process.
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, circulars, and statutory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
8-15 years of dedicated experience in Mumbai SRA projects.
- Must have successfully handled at least 2-3 SRA projects from initiation to handover.
- Strong knowledge of Annexure II, Annexure III, LOI, IOA, eligibility verification, and SRA procedures.
- Experience in tenant management, evacuation, rehabilitation, and society coordination.
- Good understanding of Maharashtra Slum Areas Act, 1971 and SRA guidelines.
- Experience in dealing with SRA authorities, Collector Office, MHADA, BMC, and other government departments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive community matters effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
