Job Description:
Mind Meadow is looking for a dedicated and qualified Clinical / Counselling Psychologist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mental health, child development, and therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, counselling sessions, and therapy plans.
- Work with children, adolescents, and adults based on client requirements.
- Prepare case histories, progress reports, and treatment plans.
- Provide behavioural management strategies and emotional support.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists and educators.
- Guide parents/families regarding therapy goals and progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical professional standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology.
- Valid RCI License is mandatory.
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cases independently and professionally.
