Execute and Achieve Operations Targets in line with customer deliverables effectively.
Summary
Maintain relationship with the Customer Key Stakeholders to plan and execute deliverables.
Ensure relationship is well maintained with customers in order to get invoices cleared on time.
Communicate KL initiatives in New Solution Development and discuss used cases with the customers from a perspective of Account Mining.
Evaluate implementation of various Engineering initiatives with the Assistant Managers.
Periodically evaluate the conformance to process set in the Operations department and suggest modification of processes for building efficiency into the system / deliverable.
Train Assistant Managers and Field Executives in reporting, relationship building and providing standard MIS from time to time.
Suggest changes to current processes – in line with customer requirements / in line with effective operational delivery.
Budget cost of delivery and measure variance from the budget
Create Customer wise MIS for management decision making.
Evaluate Customer wise profitability and take 2 initiatives per quarter to improve effectiveness.
Pay: ₹20,051.76 - ₹95,827.63 per month
