About the Role
Gada Group is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic HR manager to oversee end-to-end human resource operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in the real estate sector alongside working knowledge of IT infrastructure, HR software, and tech-driven recruitment.
This role requires a proactive leader who can bridge the gap between traditional real estate site operations and modern corporate IT talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate verticals and internal IT/technical roles.
- HR Operations & Administration: Manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records using HRIS/HRMS tools.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop retention strategies, organize team-building events, and maintain a high-performance work environment across office and site locations.
- Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT), and workplace labor law regulations.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee quarterly/annual KPI appraisal systems for both corporate and site staff.
- IT & HR Tech Oversight: Support HR tech integration, manage employee IT asset allocation policies with the IT department, and handle tech-based vendor platforms.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core HR experience within the real estate industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven understanding of IT roles, IT infrastructure coordination, and hands-on experience with modern HRMS/ATS software.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. (knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, labor law compliance, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
