Matchworkers International is a 26 years established recruitment and immigration consultancy specializing in workforce solutions across the European markets. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in hospitality sector to support our expanding client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for hotels, restaurants, catering companies, resorts, and hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate CVs based on employer requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews for hospitality positions.
- Evaluate candidates' operational knowledge across various hotel departments.
- Assess candidates' technical knowledge, operational experience, and practical skills based on employer requirements.
- Assess communication skills, customer service orientation, grooming standards, professionalism, and overall suitability.
- Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews to identify high-potential candidates.
- Assess candidates' understanding of hospitality standards, SOPs, hygiene regulations, food safety practices, and guest service excellence.
- Prepare detailed interview evaluation reports with selection or rejection recommendations.
- Coordinate with recruitment agents and sourcing partners to meet client manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Ensure recruitment targets and client deadlines are achieved efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within hospitality recruitment, manpower supply, staffing, or recruitment agency environments.
- Proven track record in hospitality hiring.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, F&B, housekeeping, front office, engineering, and guest services functions.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates beyond CVs by assessing operational and practical job knowledge.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with overseas recruitment, manpower supply, immigration, or agency recruitment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
