- Assist consultants and physicians in the assessment and management of patients.
- Record patient history, clinical findings, vital signs, and other relevant medical information.
- Assist in conducting physical examinations and routine clinical assessments under the supervision of the physician.
- Monitor patients' clinical condition and promptly communicate any changes to the concerned consultant.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Support consultants during OPD consultations, rounds, procedures, and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate investigations such as laboratory tests, radiology, and other diagnostic procedures as advised by the physician.
- Review investigation reports and bring significant findings to the attention of the concerned consultant.
- Assist in preparing treatment plans, discharge summaries, referral notes, and other clinical documentation under physician supervision.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, investigations, follow-up, and general care as instructed by the treating physician.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide appropriate support as directed by the treating physician.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical findings or deterioration in the patient's condition.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital accreditation activities.
- Maintain professional communication and demonstrate empathy toward patients and their attendants.
- Perform any other clinical responsibilities assigned by the Consultant/HOD.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
