Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in analyzing system performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks.
- Ability to design and execute load and stress tests to evaluate system behavior under various conditions.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting complex software issues in multi-component environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
