Pathcom Technologies is looking for a technically competent and execution-focused Site Engineer – ELV to manage and support the implementation of integrated ELV systems for commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in ELV systems, site coordination capability, and experience in handling installation, testing, commissioning, and project documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Execute and monitor ELV system installations at project sites.
2. Handle implementation of:
CCTV & Video Surveillance
Structured Cabling & Networking
Access Control Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
PA/BGM Systems
AV Systems
Intrusion Detection Systems
Telecom & IBMS Solutions
3. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
4. Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and site requirements.
5. Prepare site progress reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.
6. Support project planning, material coordination, and execution tracking.
7. Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system handover activities.
8. Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.
9. Attend technical meetings and provide project updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in ELV project execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of integrated ELV systems.
- Experience in commercial buildings, high-rise projects, hospitals, hotels, airports, or campuses preferred.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs.
- Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, o related field.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
- Certification in networking or ELV systems will be an added advantage.
