Freelance Tech Co-Founder / Lead Software Architect

Role Purpose
Lead the technical architecture, security and engineering of a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform as a freelance technology partner and technical business partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Own multi-tenant architecture, data isolation and system security.
- Design and develop core payroll, shift-engine and compliance calculation systems.
- Build secure APIs and biometric integrations.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, Docker environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security and system uptime.
- Provide technical leadership and make key architecture decisions.
- Work directly with the Founder on product strategy and technical roadmap.
Required Skills
- Java/Spring Boot, Go or Node.js.
- PostgreSQL and multi-tenant database architecture.
- Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Redis and caching.
- Docker and AWS.
- OAuth2/JWT security.
- REST/gRPC APIs.
- Biometric API integrations.
- CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced software architect, technical leader, CTO, freelancer or technology entrepreneur interested in a long-term business partnership and willing to take ownership of architecture, security and core product engineering.
Engagement: Freelancing / Business Partnering / Project-Based
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, capability and agreed partnership structure.
Pay: ₹22,092.46 - ₹114,870.45 per month
