Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for articled assistants, semi-qualified CAs, and full-time professionals. Manage the pipeline from campus drives and CA coaching institutes. [1, 2, 3]
- Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training to integrate new staff and interns into the firm's specific processes and work culture. [1, 2]
- Performance Management: Develop evaluation metrics, particularly during demanding times like "busy season" (quarterly and year-end closing audits), monitoring both technical outputs and client-handling skills. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure all HR practices align with regional employment regulations (e.g., Shop and Establishments Act, PF/ESI in India). [1, 2, 3]
- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve grievances, manage burnout during high-stress periods, and conduct exit interviews. [1, 2, 3]
- Payroll & Benefits: Process leaves, attendance, and benefits administration, while coordinating with the firm's payroll department to ensure accurate and timely compensation. [1, 2]
