Duty Officer (Operations Department)
Ø First thing to be done in the property is to take the property round up which includes:
· Scheduling
· Showtime displays
· Poster cases
· Washroom cleanliness
· Auditorium check
· Projection, DG and electrical room check
Ø Ensure mails, registers and reports of the previous shift are checked, verified, updated and shared appropriately in the beginning of the shift.
Ø Proper briefing should be given to the staff in the presence of CM/DM in the appropriate shifts and discuss the points given:
· Oath
· Grooming
· Previous day’s and monthly performances
· Pre rush preparation(PRP)
· Duty allocation the departments(café, box office)
Ø Keep checking on cafe displays and presentation
Ø Monitoring and assessing sales of item during entry and intervals
Ø Checking availability of stocks for cafe operations
Ø Tracking operations of cafe equipment's and follow up with vendors in-case of breakdown
Ø Keeping check on quality of all items in cafe and maintaining quality and cleaning standards all the time
Ø Supervising and guiding staff about the service given to patrons and cafe operations (cafe display, snacks serving, upselling, punching etc)
Ø Train the staff to greet the customers, up selling and suggestive selling at cafe to increase SPH and proper job knowledge
Ø Track show-wise hourly SPH
Ø Helping Managers on floor by effectively handling customer complaints
Ø Proper FIFO is maintained with special care to sell perishable product
Ø To ensure smooth operations of cafe and boost revenue through cafe sales Core Functions
Ø To keep a check on pilferage or malpractices happening
Ø Control on cash and stock shortages AND Closing of the shift and hand over cash to accountants
Ø Tracking and scrutinizing cafe wastage's
Ø Mails, registers and reports should be checked, verified, updated and shared appropriately before closing the shift

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
