Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CSR Head to lead our organizations’ initiatives, develop strategic corporate partnerships, spearhead resource mobilisation across various consumer categories and oversee the successful execution of our social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CSR Partnerships
- Identify and proactively pitch for potential corporate partners for CSR collaborations in areas such as education, healthcare, environment, livelihoods, and community development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling professional CSR pitches and presentations.
Project Proposals
- Develop concept notes, project proposals, budgets, presentations, and MoUs.
- Ensure proposals clearly communicate transparently the project's objectives, beneficiaries, impact and measurable outcomes.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal programme teams to ensure CSR projects are implemented as per defined objectives and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, milestones, and deliverables.
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely submission of progress reports and impact assessment reports.
- Collaborate with finance and programme teams for reconciling finance figures and impact reporting.
- Maintain audit ready records of all partnerships and accompanying projects complying to regulatory frameworks.
Relationship Management
- Organise corporate visits, review meetings, employee engagement activities, and project visits.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor and build capacity for the CSR team.
- Set clear targets, guide the team and monitor team performance.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree programme from any recognized university.
- A certification/course in CSR development management, or related areas is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, development sector, or NGO management[H1] for a candidate holding a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, development sector, or NGO management[H2] for a candidate holding a master’s degree
- Prior experience in handling corporate large CSR projects is preferred.
- Experience in managing a CSR team would be an advantage.
Key Skills Required
- CSR Business Development – Ability to identify, approach and convert companies for CSR partnerships.
- Corporate Relationship – Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with CSR , HR/ESG teams and Foundations.
- CSR Strategy & Planning – Ability to develop a CSR strategy aligned with the NGO's objectives.
- CSR Proposal Development – Ability to develop project proposals, concept notes and presentations tailored to corporate requirements.
- Project & Programme Understanding – Ability to understand NGO programmes deeply and with clear objectives, beneficiaries, outputs and measurable outcomes.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting – Ability to report programme outcomes through KPIs, impact reports, and utilisation reports.
- Partnership Development – Ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships rather than pursuing only one-time project funding.
Corporate Communication & Presentation – Good written and verbal communication
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
