Role & Responsibilities –
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, travel plans, and official correspondence. Prepare and circulate Daily Flash Reports, Plant MIS, Marketing MIS, Weekly Reports, and Monthly Management MIS presentations. Monitor key plant KPIs, including production, dispatch, Blast Furnace performance, Sinter Plant, CPP operations, power consumption, and equipment downtime. Track raw material inventory (coking coal, PCI coal, limestone, dolomite, mill scale, coke fines, etc.) and ensure adequate stock coverage for uninterrupted plant operations. Analyze raw material procurement through VIU (Value-in-Use) analysis and provide recommendations to the MD for procurement decisions. Coordinate with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Plant Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities. Prepare daily fund planning with the CFO and monitor vendor payments, LC openings, and cash flow requirements. Track purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), service entry sheets (SES), and approval workflows in SAP. Review vendor performance, outstanding payments, material receipts, and procurement status, and prepare reports for management. Prepare business presentations, board meeting notes, investment proposals, and management reports. Monitor critical raw material exposure and provide early warning alerts to management to avoid production disruptions. Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and logistics teams for timely dispatch and receipt of raw materials. Follow up with department heads on action items, strategic initiatives, and management decisions. Support budgeting, cost optimization, ROI analysis, NPV/IRR evaluations, and other strategic business initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and assist the MD in strategic planning and decision-making. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
